Our operation is
conveniently located several expressway exits outside of downtown
Birmingham with easy access to all of Jefferson County, Northwest Shelby
County and Southwest St. Clair County.
The records storage facility is dock height for flood avoidance and was
designed from the ground up for the protection and handling of valuable
assets.
DATA FILES AND
RECORDS is privately owned and personally managed by Chess Bedsole; a
native of Alabama whose family operated a medical supplies business for
many years in the area. "First off, we offer customers the opportunity to work with
fair and honest people that care about doing things right. We've
also formed strategic partnerships to provide customers with access to
industry leading technology...for managing both paper records and
electronic documents" stated Bedsole. "And even though we have all the
cool Internet stuff with all the tracking and auditing that sophisticated
customers might want, I'm a little old fashioned about customer service and
like to talk with my customers directly whenever they need me."
Mr. Bedsole is assisted by Operations Manager Matthew Michael and a
growing team of professionals that look forward to taking great care of
you and your organization's records and business information.
